Processing of personal data
- You hereby grant your consent to PLACEMENT.cz s.r.o., with its registered office at 17. listopadu 3209, Martinov, 723 00 Ostrava, ID:6160956, registered in the public register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava in Section C, Insert 70878 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), to process the following personal data in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"):
- The name, surname and email must be processed for the technical purpose of sending the regular email newsletter using a specialised external tool compliant with the GDPR. This data will be processed by the Controller for an unlimited period of time until the subscriber actively unsubscribes from the database.
- You give your explicit consent to the above processing. Consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any email.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but the following processors may also process personal data for the Controller:
- FORPSI website database provider (forpsi.com)
- Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, but not currently used by the Company.
- Please note that under the Data Protection Act you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time,
- to ask us to tell you what personal data we process about you,
- ask us for an explanation about the processing of your personal data,
- request access to that data and have it updated or corrected,
- ask us to erase that personal data,
- contact us or the Data Protection Authority if you have any doubts about our compliance with our data processing obligations.
